We feel delighted by the service offered by Ms. Taylor and Wrexrent team. From the beginning, Ms.Taylor was exceptionally supportive in each and every stage until we settled down in the property completely. I cannot recommend Wrexrent highly enough. Amazing service and so very helpful.The property is beautiful. Fully decorated with all new carpets before moving in. All the appliances are of a high standard and work perfectly with no issues.All meter readings were taken on the day I moved in and photos taken for evidence to show energy providers in the case of an incorrect bill.All staff are very helpful and polite. Special thank you to Taylor for helping me and providing me with updates and advise on my application. Amazing company, dealt with Dani & Helen when we initially moved in, this was in the middle of lockdown too, and there was nothing too much trouble, we were in a huge rush to move in as we had sold our house, they moved mountains to make this happen. Absolutely cannot fault Wrexrent. They have been great from the get go. We are about to move in to one of their properties which is a beautiful place for a very reasonable price. Having rented all over the country and finally settling in north wales, I feel qualified enough to say that WREXRENT is by far the best letting agent going. You get a family owned feel from the start, with the added security of a bigger business behind it. The viewing and moving in process was easy, hassle free and genuinely pleasant (the same cannot be said for similar companies in Manchester and Cambridge!).The property is lovely, well furbished and nicely maintained.
